Introducing affordable pickleball educator training courses which makes pickleball:

"easy to teach and fun to teach".

You will now find combined logo's on this page to create clarity, as I am now based in Indonesia, I will therefore be focused on the Asia Pickleball Academy but the programs are still open for players from other continents.

    IEPP concept

As pickleball's popularity surges globally, the sport faces a critical challenge - the lack of consistent instruction for new players.

This inconsistency in how pickleball is introduced and developed across the world threatens the sport's impactful growth.

We would like to introduce you to the IEPP concept:

    · Focused on worldwide recreational pickleball.

    · Worldwide consistency of delivering the foundations, fundamentals and basics of pickleball.

    · Affordability and accessibility of its workshops and certification courses.

    What Are We Looking For?

    • Experienced Pickleball Instructors and Coaches
We welcome established pickleball teachers, instructors, and coaches who are passionate about supporting the global growth of the sport. You can transition to IEPP as a pickleball educator or become an IEPP educator trainer. A thorough crossover induction ensures alignment with IEPP’s programs and standards.
    • Dedicated Local Individuals
If you love helping others and thrive on getting things done, we can help you grow into an IEPP pickleball educator, sharing your passion with your community.
    • National Pickleball Organizations (NPOs)
NPOs can partner with IEPP to foster the growth of their pickleball communities without the need to design and develop training programs from scratch. Affiliation with IEPP provides access to our proven resources and expertise.
  • Shaping the grassroots of the pickleball world!

Pickleball is an ageless, grassroots sport, with a common foundation of skills, strategy, and rules for all players. At IEPP, we recognize that the majority of players are recreational, playing for fun while still wanting to improve their game. Therefore, our focus will be on teaching the pickleball fundamentals in an engaging and enjoyable way.

By providing new players with a solid grounding in the basics, we believe we can foster the development of talented athletes within pickleball communities worldwide. Over time, these players will be equipped to train and compete at the international level. After all, our philosophy is that pickleball should not only be fun to play, but fun to teach as well.

As an IEPP pickleball EDUCATOR you can say pickleball is EASY to TEACH & FUN to TEACH, which makes pickleball for new players EASY to LEARN & FUN to PLAY.

As an organization, we believe it's crucial for our pickleball educators to enjoy the process of developing their pickleball teaching skills. In fact, an IEPP-certified pickleball educator can confidently state that pickleball is both easy and fun to teach.

We want all pickleball players worldwide to passionately enjoy the sport.

    When someone asks "What is pickleball?", the simple answer is;

"it is easy to learn and fun to play".

  • Our pickleball EDUCATOR programs

At IEPP, our programs are labeled with an "IL" (Instruction Level) a number that indicates the order in which they were created. We offer a variety of workshops and certification courses, and any new workshops or courses introduced will receive a unique IL number and name.

Furthermore, all of our courses are supported by the NEW IEPP Training Cycle Process (TCP), which provides our pickleball educators with greater flexibility in delivering their training sessions.
