Training provided can be delivered as a modular program or in personalised segments over 2 hour sessions:
M1> Foundation Dink, Volley, Serve
M2> Ground strokes FH & BH, Serve return
M3> 3rd shot Drop & Drive, Reset
M4> Lobs defensive & offensive, Lob retrieval, Overhead Smash.
M5> PLay & critique sessions
M6> Strategy & Tactics

-Rate is IDR300 ribu per hour..
-Training sessions are a minimum of 2 hours
-Court hire cost is covered by the players.
